Strolling along the boardwalk lined with fishing boats, the marina at Apalachicola provides many hidden stories. One boat holds a rainbow of nets ~ grays and blues and greens and reds, while another is lined with bright orange gloves hanging one by one from the railing. Then there’s Capt. Winky, struggling to stay afloat as the water slowly fills the deck. As the sun begins to slide into the water, I turn to watch as the masts of the shrimp boats turn black against the golden sunset.

The beauty of nature never lets us down. It doesn't matter how many times you go to a location, you can always see something different. This is never more true than when you are photographing sunsets and sunrises. The color of the sky, the reflections on clouds or water, it's always a surprise. The sunrise pictures shown above are a perfect example. The last four photographs were all taken within a four day period in Quartz Mountain State Park and the last three are of the same location.
Along with each photograph purchased you will receive a "story" of that particular scene, such as the one shown with Shrimp Boat Sunset. It will give you some background information regarding the taking of the photograph and the location.
